YMDC exists to make quality, multi-specialty healthcare accessible under one roof in Karachi — without patients having to navigate the city between a dozen different clinics for basic care.
Most health problems don't start as emergencies — they start as something small that gets ignored because a doctor felt too far away, too expensive, or too complicated to reach. A skipped check-up becomes a bigger problem months later. YMDC exists to close that gap: when specialists, diagnostics, and a pharmacy are all in one building, the barrier between 'something feels off' and 'someone looked at it' gets a lot smaller.
Healthcare isn't static, and neither are we. YMDC continues to expand what's available under one roof — from adding Prosthetics & Orthotics as a dedicated service line for patients who previously had to travel across the city for fittings, to bringing in a full diagnostic lab partnership so results don't require a separate trip to a separate facility. Every new department we add is chosen because it removes one more reason for a patient to delay care.
YMDC is led by Ms. Hina Hussain, CEO — a dedicated philanthropist committed to accessible healthcare and community welfare in Karachi. Her focus on service over scale shapes how the centre operates: patient care decisions come first, not what's most profitable.
YMDC runs free medical camps on Sundays, and offers a regular window of free eye testing at the centre.
